The Fogcast is where Reverend Redbeard welcomes storytellers, researchers, and creators to share their experiences with the darker side of Maine. It’s a gathering place for those who walk the shadowed edges of Maine’s past and present.

Arwyn lives deep in the Maine woods, writing fiction that has appeared in anthologies, on stages, and in chapbooks passed hand‑to‑hand at late‑night poetry shows. Their debut novel, We, the Missing (Sobelo Books, 2026), follows a young woman confronting an epidemic of disappearances — a slow‑burn speculative horror built on the idea that the universe has forgotten us, and that angels may, in fact, be monsters. Arwyn also serves as co‑editor of Slugger, a magazine devoted to strange, unsettling fiction, and was recently a featured guest at the Lantern‑Lit Symposium.
